Please read my terms and conditions for commissions below, and feel free to reach out if you have any queries!
Terms & Conditions
Ethical Agreements:
- DO NOT feed my work into AI. You are not permitted to do that with your commission. You will be blacklisted.
- I would much prefer to work from non-AI references. Alternatives can include written descriptions, photobashed mock-ups, photo collages, drawings of any skill level, and moodboards.
- Trans rights are human rights. If you do not agree, please do not commission me.
- I am within my rights to refuse your commission for any reason.
Payment:
- Payments are in Great British Pound Sterling (£) where possible.
- I currently only accept payments via Ko-Fi and Square. I will be arranging PayPal in future.
- I am unable to offer full refunds if work on your commission has begun. Contact me to discuss ASAP if you need a refund.
- Surprise chargebacks will have you blacklisted.
Turnaround Time:
- Please allow two to three weeks turnaround time due to work commitments and health considerations. This is subject to change.
- Please add information about the time-sensitive nature of your commission, including specific deadlines, such as if it is required for a gift.
Use of Artwork:
- You are permitted to use your commissions for personal use (including for use on blogs, Toyhouse, Art Fight, gifts for friends, physical personal print-outs, etc.). Please link back / credit me with my tag "@distortarte" or the relevant social handle listed above.
- If the art you have commissioned is of a popular franchise and is not your original character or concept, I reserve the right to potentially monetise the work in future via merchandising.
- Unless you have paid a commercial license, you are NOT permitted to sell the work I created for you for profit.
